The highlight of this day is definitely the “Narnia guy”. He’s moving against the current and loudly warns anyone who wants to listen to “not go right, but go left” at the next crossroads, because, apparently, the road on the right is “Hades and hell”, but should we turn left, we “walk through Narnia”.

Why he is on that mission, I’ll never know, but he wasn’t wrong. The path is very pretty following the crooked stream through a forest.

Pontevedra loves a good pilgrim. Its main church is for a patron Saint of the pilgrims, located on Praza da Peregrina.
